Chunky Bobble Christmas Tree Skirt ~ Crochet Pattern

This year when it came time to put up our Christmas tree, I could not find my tree skirt anywhere that I had made several years ago. I have no idea where that thing ran off to, but I have searched everywhere and have yet to found it.

Luckily, I was already wanting to make a bigger version of my Mini Bobble Tree Skirt so now I had a good reason.

To make this, I used 2 strands of worsted weight yarn and a 10mm crochet hook and followed my pattern for my Mini Bobble Tree Skirt. You can purchase the pattern here or find the free pattern for my mini tree skirt here

Since my Mini only goes to 9 round, I continued on for a total of 17 rounds, before beginning the bobbles, to make it big enough to fit my 6.5' Tree. I ended up using 4 skeins of Hobby Lobby's I Love This Yarn in Turquoise (my favorite color).

My finished tree skirt measured 36" across before the bobbles and 40" after. I really love those bobbles!!

I hope you love your new tree skirt as much as I do!!
